5th grade Shakespeare
play:
Macbeth
Shakespeare came to life at Altamont
Elementary School this February as the fifth grade class
presented the classic Macbeth. The play ran for two
nights, Tuesday, February 13 and Friday, February 16, 2007 in the Altamont Globe Cafetorium.
For more than
six weeks, every student in the 5th grade class was involved
in some aspect of the play--from acting and set design to
lighting/stage work.
The annual Shakespeare Play began at AES
in the early 90's and has been a 5th grade tradition ever
