- If you have not already done so, please
download an application for employment:
- If you are unable to download an
application, you may request one be sent to you
via US mail.

STEP #2:
Providing credentials |
|
To be considered for employment as
a teacher in the Guilderland Central School
District, the following documents MUST
accompany your application:

A resume and;
-
Copy of College/University
Transcript(s )and;
-
Copy of NYS (or other state
)Certification (s )and;
-
A minimum of 2 Professional
References and/or
-
College Placement Credentials
Folder.

Note: College placement credentials
are not only acceptable, they are preferred. Please
forward credentials to the Office of Human
Resources. Unofficial copies of college transcripts
are acceptable, but official copies are required
before employment. |

STEP #3:
Receipt of application |
| Once your application is received
in the Office of Human Resources, you will receive
either a postcard or e-mail confirmation. Please
do not call to verify. Confirmations are
typically sent out within seven (7) days of
application receipt. |

STEP #4:
Interview procedures |
| Your application/letter/resume
will be reviewed by our principals and/or
supervisors who may contact you as vacancies occur
at any time during the school year. Should they
decide to call you for an interview, you will be
contacted. Your application will be kept on file for
approximately two years. |
