Submitting changes for your child's pick-up and drop-off locations

Permanent changes

Please submit all permanent changes in your child’s pick-up and/or drop-off locations in writing to your child’s school directly. You must complete and submit an Alternate Transportation Form. These forms are available at all Guilderland schools and on our Web site.

Changes for a day

If your child has a change in pick-up and/or drop-off locations for one day in particular, parents/guardians must submit a note to the child's teacher and a bus pass will be issued accordingly.
