Scheduled early dismissal

Early dismissal dates and times may be found in the district calendar, within individual school newsletters and often on school lunch menus. If you need to make alternate arrangements for your child's drop-off locations on these days, please do so in advance through your child's individual school.

Early dismissal resulting from inclement weather or other emergencies

On days when the weather becomes inclement during the day and driving conditions become poor, please listen to the radio/watch local news to see if Guilderland schools will be closing early. Unexpected early dismissals will also be posted on the homepage of the district website. Click here for early dismissal times.

Please arrange for any changes in drop-off locations for students in the event of an emergency school closing in advance (if necessary). Contact your child's individual school for more information on how to make these arrangements, if you have not done so already.
