Student-athletes will be transported to away contests by school authorized vehicles only. Under unusual circumstances, an athlete may receive permission from his/her coach to ride home from a contest with his/her parents. This should be cleared with the coach. The parent should give the coach a written note after the game before taking the student. All squad members are expected to conduct themselves in a fashion that will ensure the safety of all passengers. All safety rules must be followed. All regulations are in effect during charter trips.

At no time should spectators park on Presidential Way events at FMS. Parking
violations will be ticketed by the Guilderland Police Department.

700 Washington Avenue– From I-90, take Exit 24 to I-90 East; get off at the
Washington Ave. Exit. Travel about 1 ½ miles and the school is on your
right. From I-90 West, get off at the Everett Rd. Exit, go left on Everett
Road, go to Central Avenue and take a left on Central. Go about ½ mile and
take a right on North Main. Go 200 yards and take a left on Washington
Avenue.
Amsterdam High School
Thruway Exit 27, Rt. 30 N, cross bridge, up hill, bear left (still on Rt.
30N), continue to Stewarts on left, take left to school.
Averill Park High School
I-90 east to Exit 8 (Defreestville/Route 4). Go straight (2 lights) to Rt.
43. Follow Rt. 43 through West Sand Lake. From Millers corners (Millers
Supermarket is on the right) the High School is approx. 2 miles beyond on
the left.
Ballston Spa High School
Take I-87 to Exit 12. Turn right if you are coming from the north, left if
you are coming from the south. (If you come to Route 9, you went the wrong
way.) Go about 3 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 50.
Go straight across the intersection. The school is on the left, about .1
mile.
Bethlehem High School
I90 to Rt. 85 {Exit 4}, go to end, right at light {New Scotland Avenue},
left at first light on Rt. 140 (Cherry Avenue Extension), at second light
take right (Delaware Avenue).
Bishop Maginn High School
I-90 to Rt. 85 (Exit 4), take left at Krumkill Road exit, right at light,
left onto New Scotland Avenue, at Albany Medical Center take right onto

I 90 to exit 8. Take route 43 for 10 miles. Take a left on Route 351.
Proceed for a mile and a half. At the intersection of 351 and 66 the school

Take Route 155 to Voorheesville. Take a left on 85A until you get to RT. 85.
Take a left and stay on 85 to the Tollgate Ice Cream Parlor. Bear to the
right. The middle school is on that road on the right after it crosses

I-90 to the end of 787 south. At the end of 787 take a right. That is

Northway to Alt. Rt. (Exit 7) to Troy. Cross Hoosic Bridge. Take a right on
Burdette. Go past RPI Student Union.
Gardner Dickenson
I 90 to 787 to Route 387 exit (Menands Bridge) to South Troy. Follow signs
to Hudson Valley Community College. Go about four lights past HVCC and take
a left onto Williams Road. Go to next traffic light past LaSalle Institue
and go left. Continue one half mile to East Ave/. Take a right. Gardner
Dickenson School will have a small blue sign. Go through a residential area
before you get to the school.

787 to 378 bridge (Menands exit). Follow signs to Hudson Valley Community
College. Go past college and take a left on to route 136. Take a left on
Brookside Ave. Right on Route 66. The soccer fields and the school is 500
yards on the left.

Exit 15 off Northway, take left onto arterial, 3rd traffic light take right
onto Route 9 North, school approximately 1 mile on the left.
Shaker Jr. High
Go up the Northway to exit 5. Take a left when you get off the exit (Rt.
155). Stay on Rt. 155, cross Rt. 9 and the Jr. High will be on the left.
St. Gregory
Northway to exit 4 (Wolf Road, Airport) Turn left them immediate right at
light. Next left onto Maxwell Road. Next light turn right onto Old Niskayuna
Rd. School is 3/4 mile on left.
Van Antwerp Middle

Route 7 to Balltown Road. Go past the firehouse, take a left at CVS and
Blockbuster Video. Take a left on Alton Street. The fields will be on the
left and the school will be on the right.
