From Thruway Exit 24:
Follow signs for Route 20. At intersection of Route 20, turn right onto 20 (also known as Western Avenue). Go west .8 miles west to intersection of Route 20 and Johnston Road (Price Chopper at corner). Turn left on Johnston. Westmere driveway is directly behind Price Chopper.

From Northway (Rt. 87 South):
Take Route 87 south to where it ends at the intersection with Route 20. Turn right onto 20 (also known as Western Avenue). Go west .8 miles west to intersection of Route 20 and Johnston Road (Price Chopper at corner). Turn left on Johnston. Westmere driveway is directly behind Price Chopper.
