Bibliographic form

The following is the bibliographic form used at Farnsworth Middle School for research projects.  It is based on MLA style and  the forms used in the book, Write Source 2000:

To make a bibliography page, list your sources alphabetically by the author's last name, or by the title if there is no author given.  Follow the examples listed below:   Note: If your entry runs more than one line, indent the second and third lines five letter spaces.

Books, Pamphlets
One author:

 Sears, Thomas B.   Vanishing Species of North America.  Mahwah, N.J.: Troll Associates, 2005.
Two or three authors:
Brown, Ellen and Mary Short.  The Best of America's Science Fiction.  New York: Facts on File, Inc., 2005.
More than three authors:
