1.  Is there an author or person responsible for the page?

2.  Are the person's qualifications listed?

3.  Does the site belong to a larger group whose purpose is explained?

Accuracy

1.  Does this site have correct spelling and grammar as far as you can tell?

2.  Is a bibliography or works cited included?

Point of View

1.  Is the information without advertising?

2.  Is the information without bias toward a particular point of view?

Recency

1.  Is there a date indicating when the page was last updated and is it current?

Coverage

1.  Does the page appear complete?
