Not Right

Social bias burns our world.

You are a woman, you must stay home.

And you are gay,

Where they want you is far, far away.

So let us be free.

And let me be me.

I may be successful,

Although I wear a skirt.

Without going around and being a flirt.

We are precious beings,

Essential to life.

A woman is a tree,

Grounded to the Earth.

Let my brother, who does like men,

Go get married, and say Amen.

What business is it of ours,

To judge who one loves?

An unfortunate disgust,

That surrounds all of us.

We are all human,

So treat us as so.

We are all equal,

And let it be known.
