Stars

The true wonders of the world,

Stars.

How can something so small to the eye be so dazzling?

They sit among the heavens as jewels placed by titans.

So innocent, yet dangerous enough to drive a man mad.

With their shine and glimmer they torment men,

Mocking them with all the unknowns of the world.

What lies among the stars?

Men wonder.

A dark tapestry of science and magic pinned down with pearls.

To sit among the stars,

To gaze upon the moon,

To watch the earth sleep and wake up,

Is the wish of many.
