Interims and
Report Cards
Interims are mailed the
end of five and fifteen weeks as a report about the progress
or concerns of the students.
Parents should take the time to discuss the comments,
especially the negative ones, with their son or daughter.
The parents and the student should try to develop a plan of
action to resolve the concerns. The student and/or parents
should feel free to contact the teacher as soon as possible
to work towards resolution of the concerns.
Report cards are sent
home at the end of ten weeks and the end of the semester.
The ten week report card from physical education
should be treated like an interim not a final grade.
The grade at the end of the semester is the final
grade.
