Physical Education

Curriculum:
Physical Education 9-12

 Students participate in a variety of units throughout the year.  The unit categories the students experience are team and personal performance.  The curriculum is knowledge based for the students to utilize as future adult consumers.  Through the year components of fitness are taught and reinforced to provide the students with information to make healthy lifestyle choices.  Twice a year the students participate in a personal fitness assessment for an opportunity to see the results of their current life style choices.
