Pine Bush Elementary School offers the following clubs and activities for third through fifth-graders:

Club/Activity Schedule
The following Pine Bush activities are held for students throughout the entire school year, and meet afterschool from 2-2:50 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Tuesday
4th & 5th grade chorus

Wednesday
No after-school activities

Thursday

Friday

PBES School Store

The Pine Bush School Store is open! The store is housed in a movable school bus, built by a community volunteer, complete with working lights and horn. It moves from Pod to Pod on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:00-8:15 am. Items for sale include pencils, pens, grips, highlighters, sharpeners, folders, key chains and a whole lot more!

Fourth and Fifth grade Learning Workshop students run our school store which provides them a valuable learning experience, such as counting money, making change, advertising, inventory and ordering.

If you are at Pine Bush on a morning that we are open, please feel free to stop by and check us out!

PBES Student Council
Are you a leader? Team player? Organized? Responsible? Dedicated? A friend to the environment? If you have these characteristics, then we are looking for you to join our 2011-12 Pine Bush Elementary Student Council!Student Council is a school organization whose mission is service to school, community and the Earth. This year Student Council and Green Team have joined forces! Throughout the 2011-2012 school year, we will be working together to promote and coordinate charity events, school-wide community building activities and environmentally friendly practices here at Pine Bush. Interested students should submit the Student Council Questionnaire and application posted below. After your application is received, it will be reviewed by a committee made-up of Pine Bush faculty members. A decision will be made based on the application and how well the student meets the above characteristics: a leader, team player, organized, responsible, dedicated and a friend to the environment. Two students from each of the third and fourth grade classrooms as well as three students from each of the fifth grade classes will be chosen. If you are interested in applying for a position as a representative, please complete the following questionnaire by Friday, September 24, 2011 and return it to Mrs. McLean in the Yellow Pod or Miss Doak in the Green Pod. Answer the following questions in complete sentences. Do your personal best work!

Meetings will alternate between Mondays and Thursdays so that students involved in Band or Orchestra
