Spring has sprung, the grass has riz,

I wonder where the physicals is!

(Please pardon the grammatical errors)

If you child is in K,1,3 or 5 make sure that the Health office has a copy of this school year’s physical. If we don’t receive it, we will have to arrange for the District MD to give your student a physical at school. Forms may be found on the District website: district services: health services; physical exam form OR ask the Main Office staff at LES to provide you with a hard copy.

If your child is 11 years old they should have received their Tdap booster, please make sure to get this done as soon as possible as they will need proof to get into classes at middle school.

If you have arranged for your student to have medication available at school, it must be picked up by an ADULT by: 6/25/19. Please mark your calendars. If it is not picked up, it will have to be destroyed per NYS law.

Tick season is now, pretreat, prevent, inspect after outside.
