YMCA looking to honor outstanding students in grades 10-12

The Guilderland branch of the Capital District YMCA is looking to recognize outstanding students who demonstrate leadership, dedication to community service and behavior that is socially courageous. The organization seeks students who embrace the YMCA’s 4 Core Values (Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility).

Guilderland High School students who are currently in grades 10-12 can apply for the YMCA 2020 Outstanding Student Award here. The application deadline is Wednesday, March 11.

An awards breakfast will be held on April 21 in Altamont. Winners will receive a 6-month membership to the YMCA.
