Request for transcripts

Requests for copies of Guilderland High School transcripts require:

  • completion of the Transcript Request Form
  • payment of $2.00 per transcript, which can be paid by cash or check made payable to Guilderland High School*

Completed forms can be emailed to GHS Registrar Jacquelyn Barnett at barnettj@guilderlandschools.net. If you email your completed transcript request form and are required to make payment, please mail your payment to the following address:

Please allow two week’s notice when requesting a transcript.

Please note: official transcripts may only be sent via email directly to a college, employer, etc. Individuals requesting an official transcript to be sent directly to them, may only receive this document via mail.

*If the transcript can be emailed directly to the college/place of employment, there is no charge. Please confirm with the college/employer first. This also applies for Unofficial Transcripts that are emailed.
