Dott and Kilmer named Dutchmen of the Week for Jan. 5

Each week, we highlight two student-athletes (modified, mod 9, frosh, JV or varsity level) for athletic accomplishments based on the following criteria:

  • The athlete should have made a significant impact on a contest within the nomination time frame, which is the week prior to selection; or
  • The athlete must have shown excellent leadership, sportsmanship, noticeable improvement or effort, community service, and/or other notable traits.

Congratulations to Kody Dott (Varsity Wrestling) and Keagan Kilmer (Varsity Gymnastics) for earning DOW (Dutchmen of the Week) honors for the week of January 5th.

Kody Dott (Varsity Wrestling)

Kody Dott is having a standout start to his varsity career, carrying a 26-2 record into late January. He remains unbeaten against Section 2 opponents, with his only losses occurring last weekend at the Eastern States Classic, a tournament that draws the top wrestlers from Division 1 and Division 2 across New York State.

Keagan Kilmer (Varsity Gymnastics)

Keagan is always pushing herself to achieve her best. During a recent dual meet against Shaker, she achieved impressive results: 1st place on the Beam, 2nd on the Vault, and 5th in the All Around competition. Great job, Keagan. Keep up the fantastic work!
