Guilderland High School student Finn Wendt has been selected for the prestigious Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) Program for the 2026-27 school year. Wendt is one of just 210 students nationwide chosen for the competitive scholarship program, which is jointly funded by the U.S. Department of State and the German Bundestag. As part of the exchange, Wendt will spend the academic year in Germany living with a host family, attending a local high school and participating in intensive language and cultural immersion experiences. He will serve as a citizen ambassador, helping foster international understanding while learning about German culture, history and government.
