New, More Secure Passwords Coming for Students in Grades 6-12

Please be aware that we are updating student passwords for all students in grades 6-12 to a new, more secure format consisting of three-short-words. Students will receive printed letters containing their new login credentials during homeroom.

Timeline and Key Instructions

GHS Distribution

Password letters will be distributed to GHS students during homeroom (second block) on Monday, Sept. 14. Students should keep these letters in a safe place until Friday. Distributing the letters four days in advance ensures students receive their new credentials on the same letter day as the password change goes live.

FMS Distribution

Password letters will be distributed to FMS students during homeroom on Friday, Sept. 18.

Go-Live Date

The password changes will take effect early Friday morning before school begins. GHS students will need access to their new credentials before first block, which is why their letters are being distributed several days in advance.

Password Assistance

Parents will no longer be able to view passwords for students in grades 6-12 through the eSchoolData Parent Portal.

If a student forgets their password, they should seek assistance in the following order:

  1. Their teacher
  2. Their school counselor
  3. The Library/Media Center
