At its March 16, 2021 meeting, the GCSD Board of Education approved an updated version of the 2020-21 Project S.A.V.E. School Safety Plan that includes a Pandemic Continuity of Operations Plan. The district-wide plan has been developed to meet the requirements of subsection (2)(m) of Education Law §2801-a, which requires public employers to prepare a plan for the continuation of operations if the Governor declares a public health emergency involving a communicable disease.
