Dear GCSD families,
The Guilderland Central School District has launched a culture and climate survey to gather feedback from families, staff and students in grades 3-12 about their experiences in our schools.
A positive school climate is essential to the well-being of our entire community. Your input will help the district strengthen communication, collaboration and overall satisfaction across GCSD. More information about the survey and how the results will be used is available on the district website.
While the survey is optional, we strongly encourage all members of the school community to participate. It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous. A higher response rate will lead to more meaningful results. The district will share key findings in the coming weeks.
The survey is open through Dec. 15 and can be accessed here. Thank you for helping us create a supportive and empowering educational environment for all.
Sincerely,
Daniel Mayberry
