Aliyah Famodu and Meadow Stella, two Guilderland High School students, are conducting a Girl Scout service project to benefit Things of My Very Own, a non-profit organization that provides crisis intervention services to children impacted by extensive abuse and/or neglect. Items needed are:
- pajamas in child’s sizes
- hairbrushes and combs
- boxes of ForceFlex trash bags
- new, full-size toddler toothbrushes and toothpaste
- new, full-size tear-free, baby shampoo and conditioner
- baby wipes
- new, children’s underwear, size large
- new boxer shorts
If you would like to donate, items can be left in the collection bin located in the GHS lobby. Donated items will be accepted through May 31.
