Tor Rollins and Tyler McDonnell named Dutchmen of the Week for the week of Oct. 18

Congratulations to Tor Rollins (Varsity Soccer) and Tyler McDonnell (Modified Soccer) for earning DOW (Dutchmen of the Week) honors for the week of October 18.

As a junior and first year varsity player, Tor has risen to the top of the Suburban Council as a goalie. She was named a Suburban Council 1st Team All Star. Tor has had numerous shutouts this year and held #3 seed Columbia to 0 goals on October 15.

Tyler plays center back for the Dutchmen and does an exceptional job at this position.  He communicates very well to the rest of the defense, telling his teammates where they need to be and when they are out of position. Tyler had two great games this past week, against Columbia and CBA. He is very good at knowing when to challenge the person with the ball and is comfortable clearing the ball out of the box. Tyler is a great asset to the team!
