Xiao Lu Winokur-Kiegle (Varsity Girls Wrestling)
Xiao Lu went undefeated at the Schenectady All Girls Invitational during the holiday break. She took 1st place in only her second tournament ever. Way to go, Xiao Lu!
Brooklyn Lagios (Varsity Girls Nordic Ski)
Brooklyn had the fastest time for Guilderland Girls Nordic Ski at the Queensbury Relays on December 30th. She helped her relay team finish 9th out of 26 teams from around the state. Brooklyn has also demonstrated strong leadership skills as one of the team captains by attending practices over the holiday break and helping beginner skiers with ski technique and proper ski waxing procedures. Great job, Brooklyn!
