WELCOME
BRIEF GROUP MEETING
Task force members will meet in sub-groups and have 10-15 minutes to prepare for reporting out activity.
GROUP REPORTING OUT ON PROGRESS
Each sub-group will have the opportunity to share their work with the larger group. More time (5 to 10 minutes each) will be allotted for Groups 1 and 2 since they have been very active in reviewing research and collecting data. Other groups should limit update to 2 to 3 minutes. Groups should designate a spokesperson or spokespeople.

REPORT ON NOVEMBER 5 MEETING AT BETHLEHEM
Participants in the joint meeting with Niskayuna, Bethelem and East Greenbush School Districts will summarize the meeting; Marie will provide an update on next steps among the Districts since that meeting.
PLANNING FOR DECEMBER 18 BOARD PRESENTATION
Two groups will be sharing the results of their research and data collection at the December 18 meeting of the Board of Education. Marie will share expectations and answer questions about that evening.
NEXT STEPS IN TASK FORCE PROCESS
This will include a brief discussion and Q&A about what to expect (in general) following the Board of Education meeting in December.
