March 15: Two individuals test positive for COVID-19

Over the weekend and today, the district learned of two individuals testing positive for COVID-19. One case is connected to Guilderland High School, and the other to Westmere Elementary. Guilderland school community raising funds for two students battling a rare cancer

Last February, Gabe Zullo, now a freshman at Guilderland High School, was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. March 2: One new case connected to GHS

Today, the district learned of one person connected to Guilderland High School testing positive for COVID-19. GHS principal Michael Piscitelli is following Albany County Department guidance to determine who needs to quarantine as a result and he is contacting those individuals.
